I can blend oils for relaxation, awakening, de stressing, mental clarity, warming or even to help reduce cellulite. Also wonderful in pregnancy for a gentle hand and foot massage, or at a later stage in pregnancy for a full body massage before your due date.

Thai Foot Massage. A wonderful session for those who are on their feet all day, or for those who just love foot massage. Usually quite a firm massage, but for delicate tootsies, a much lighter pressure is preferred. Fabulous for circulation and excellent treatment in the Winter Months to warm the feet.

Face, Neck and Head Massage: Great for those suffering from stress headaches, migraines and tension in the upper body. I use a type of pressure point massage called Tuina here to calm, relax and ease the delicate muscles of the face, eye and brow region and the neck area. A lot of headaches are due to a tightness in the scalp and a nice deep massage here can be very satisfying as well relieving. I often combine this massage with acupuncture for those of my patients who come in to Practice suffering with Migraines.

Pregnancy Massage: I offer a full body pregnancy massage for ladies who are in their final trimester. This massage can be wonderfully relaxing pre birth and can also help relieve any stress or anxiety. Oils are specially selected as not all aromatherapy oils are indicated in pregnancy.
I also offer a post pregnancy massage with oils of neroli, mandarin and frankincense to help skin recover. Excellent for stretch marks and collagen renewal.
